In these classes we will start this journey. The exploration of awakening the body to more pleasure. The sensitizing of your body so that pleasure is readily available to you for solo play and with a partner.

*Gentle movement, breath, connection ~ enjoy this simple and sensual ALL LEVELS sequence to begin to awaken the body to more sensation.
*Getting to know you ~ this may include deep questions to explore how you have come to be who you are sexually as well as invitations to explore and get to know your own body in new ways.
*Creating a home practice... a simple structure to help you continue on with what you have learned about yourself and your body once the class is over.
